It is important that you satisfy yourself that you will receive the service which you need, and that it will be of a high standard. We recommend that you refer to the following websites when deciding which home care agency to use.
Care Quality Commission (CQC)
The CQC inspect home care agencies regularly and publish their inspection reports online, highlighting what an agency does well and where there is a need for improvement.
NHS Choices website
Search for home care agencies in your area, to see what other people have said about them, and to rate them yourself based on your experiences.
