Galop, the LGBT+ anti-violence charity, supports lesbian, gay, bi, trans and queer people who have experienced hate crime, sexual violence or domestic abuse. They also provide support for those who have had problems with the police or have questions about the criminal justice system.
Hate Crime
Galop can help if you experience homophobia, transphobia or biphobia wherever it occurs, including at home, in public, at work, online or in cruising sites. None of us should have to put up with being abused, but if it happens, our hate crime casework service can give you advice, support and help.

Sexual Violence
Galop provides confidential and independent advice and support for LGBT+ people who have experienced sexual assault, abuse or violence. We provide a welcoming, inclusive and safe space to talk, whatever your sexual orientation or gender identity.

Domestic Abuse
Domestic abuse is any kind of threatening behaviour, violence, or abuse between people who have been intimate partners or family members. This includes forced marriage, abuse relating to gender identity or sexuality and so-called honour based violence.

Trans Advocacy
Galop has a dedicated Trans Advocacy & Community Development Service which can offer confidential advice and support by telephone, email or face-to-face.
Young People (16-25)
We work with young people 25 years old or younger who live in London. If you are homeless, or at risk of homelessness, and identify as LGBT+ this service is designed for you.
