We provide 24 hour home care services to adults and the elderly in need of short or long-term personal, physical and domestic support to meet their daily needs in the comfort of their homes.
We take pride in offering the provision of person-centred care and support, to individuals who may need it the most. We ensure that we maintain constant communication with family members and/or advocates who work on behalf of some of our clients; to ensure they get the best out of their service, as well as to ensure that we meet all the requirements brought forward by our service users. In promoting our service users’ independence and through our emphasis on person-centred care, we provide our service users with the opportunity to always have a say in the type of service they want to receive.
