The Asian Health Agency (TAHA) is an independent sector Agency specialising in the provision of support services to Asian communities in West London and Berkshire.
What they offer:
- Respite Care support for carers. Their Respite Care & short breaks for carers is available to residents 7 days a week although charges may apply.
- Domiciliary care support services. Their Domiciliary care service is dedicated to providing individual care support packages to meet the particular needs and requirements of customers.
- Day Care for adults & older people. They run the Shanti Day Care Centre, providing a Day Care, Luncheon and Wellbeing service in Hammersmith & Fulham, which serves older people, adults with disabilities, people experiencing mental ill-health & those with substantial health needs & debilitating conditions & their carers.
