Age Exchange is a national centre for Reminiscence Arts and dementia intervention. They create intergenerational projects and are also a vibrant community hub in the heart of south-east London.

They provide a wide range of support for people with dementia and their families and carers including outreach and targeted care services. Their groundbreaking unique dementia intervention service RADIQL uses Reminiscence Arts to deliver dementia services in a wide variety of settings. Their expertise includes outreach to community projects, care home person-centred care and creative care groups for the carers of those with dementia.
