Advance Charity supports women, children and young people affected by domestic and sexual violence, or by issues with debt, substance misuse, or mental health problems. They also provide community support for women who are involved in the criminal justice system.
They offer the following support:
- Advocacy and support to women who have or are at risk of breaking the law
- Support and advocacy for women through the justice system and through the court process
- Support services and activities to women and girls both during and after statutory supervision by the Probation Service or Youth Offending Service
- Advocacy and support to women experiencing issues with debt, family relationships, social isolation, health, substance use, and mental health
- Advocacy and support to women experiencing issues with domestic or sexual violence - through their Minerva Project.
Advance Charity offer support to anyone who is aged 13 + and identify as women regardless of their ethnicity, sexuality, immigration status, physical and mental health, who is experiencing domestic abuse and lives in Hammersmith & Fulham. You can also call Advance to speak about the Angelou Partnership they lead, which offers support for all violence against women and girls, including FGM, forced marriage, honour-based violence and trafficking and prostitution.
