Action on Disability is a user-led disabled people's organisation working across West and Central London. They work to create a fair society where disabled people have the same rights and opportunities as everyone else.

Advocacy services in Hammersmith and Fulham
Action on Disability provides an advocacy service to many people in Hammersmith & Fulham - this enables people to make informed choices, represent themselves and get the services they need.
Employment and benefits
The Welfare Benefits Service provides free advice and assistance to all residents of Hammersmith and Fulham borough. The service is for all ages, including parents and carers of disabled children.
The Employment programme is aimed at 16-25 year olds with a learning difficulty ensuring that they get the same opportunities as everyone else to be an asset in the workplace and make a net contribution to society.
