Library accessibility tours

Explore our libraries through virtual video tours co-produced with H&F residents.

Hammersmith & Fulham libraries successfully received funding from LibraryOn to produce accessibility video tours of our library spaces for residents and visitors. The virtual tours give visitors the opportunity to preplan their journey to our libraries using local transport links and highlight the inclusive services Libraries offer.

Each tour has been co-produced with residents with accessibility needs and will enable the user to navigate the layout of the library and preview the resources available in all our libraries. Our aim is to provide a true account of our libraries from the resident’s point of view.

The video tours have captions and there are also audio versions. They showcase the library service offer which includes physical and virtual resources.

From discovering reading and audio materials to renewing books, using the self-service kiosk, accessing our digital resources or participating in the various activities and events, libraries endeavour to meet the needs of all in our community.
