StreetLink is a 24/7 website that send an alert to the appropriate local outreach service so that the person sleeping rough can be offered support.
StreetLink will not be able to provide accommodation directly, but it is an important link between the person sleeping rough and available support.

If you or someone you know is in need of urgent attention, do not contact us or StreetLink. Call the emergency services on 999 or 111.

Barons Court Project
The Barons Court Project provides:
- showers
- laundry
- clothing
- eat-in and takeaway meals
- one-to-one support around benefits, housing and employment.
Referrals are required from homelessness teams or organisations.

Thames Reach Outreach Team
Thames Reach go out 5 times a week at night and or in the early morning to find rough sleepers.
The team offer support to improve people's situations and support rough sleepers to find pathways off the streets.

The Upper Room
The Upper Room provides a range of services homeless people can access:
UR4Meals - hot meals, toiletries, clothing and bedding
UR4Jobs - help to find employment
Glass Door
Glass Door caseworkers can help you with:
- finding a home
- referrals to specialised services
- support with benefit claims
- clothing and food vouchers
- retrieving lost or stolen identification
You don't need a local connection to speak to use the service.

St Stephen's Church
St Stephen's Church provides a drop-in service for takeaway meals on Mondays between 5pm and 6pm.

St Cuthbert's drop-in centre
St Cuthbert's provide a day centre for rough sleepers and homeless people, Monday to Friday between 11am and 3.30pm.
Visitors can get:
- advice on housing
- counselling
- free showers
- low-cost breakfast and lunch.
