H&F Link
Contact the Refugee, Link and Support team if you are living in privately rented accommodation or housing association accommodation and need tenancy sustainment support due to rent arrears or are affected by the benefit cap. You can email the team at hf.link@lbhf.gov.uk for assistance.
H&F libraries
Our libraries can support residents that do not have access to PCs or printers to complete homelessness applications as well as residents that have difficulty with digital services. Please note that our libraries cannot help with your application they can only provide the resources for you to complete it.

Citizen's Advice provides independent advice and information about housing, benefits, debt, work and other issues.
Centrepoint
Centrepoint provide specialist help and support for young people aged 16 to 25.
Crisis
Crisis helps homeless people find and keep a rented home. They work with landlords to ensure a supply of places to live and give homeless people the tools and knowledge they need to rent successfully.
They also help people gain access to training and education.
