Overview
As a former school site, it is currently underutilised and provides an opportunity to provide high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects LDS have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
Our proposals will deliver 107 new homes.
- 50% will be affordable.
- A combination of types and sizes of homes.
- New and improved public and green spaces.
- A highly sustainable development.

- Spring 2025: Target date to submit a planning application.
- Winter 2025: Planning Committee (target date).
