Mund Street

CGI illustration showing what the proposed Mund Street development would look like

Overview

As a former school site, it is currently underutilised and provides an opportunity to provide high-quality new homes in the borough.

Experienced architects LDS have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.

As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.

New homes

Our proposals will deliver 107 new homes

  • 50% will be affordable
  • A combination of types and sizes of homes
