Overview
The site adjacent to The Grange residential block is currently occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
At least 50% of the new homes will be affordable (including social rented and shared ownership homes) and the buildings will be designed to the latest sustainability standards.
Current position
A Residents’ Steering Group formed of estate residents has been established and are working with the project team on the designs of the new homes.
Next steps
A public exhibition event will take place in July, details will be published here when available.
Local residents will be invited to the drop-in event to see the initial designs and discuss the plans with the design team.
