Overview
The site adjacent to The Grange residential block is currently occupied by dilapidated garages and provides an opportunity for the delivery of high-quality new homes in the borough.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
At least 50% of the new homes will be affordable (including social rented and shared ownership homes) and the buildings will be designed to the latest sustainability standards.

Next steps
September 2024: Presentation of early design concepts to the community.
Winter 2024: Third round of consultation: detailed designs and how feedback has helped to shape them.
Early 2025: Target date to submit a planning application.
Mid 2025: Planning Committee (target date).
Early 2026: Construction starts (target date, subject to planning approval).
