EdCity is a not-for-profit partnership between national education charity Ark and Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
This £150m investment will bring an education hub, new affordable homes, a modern office building, and improved community facilities to White City.
The development will provide 132 affordable homes for local people and key workers, including teachers. 33 of these homes will be London Affordable Rent and 61 will be for Shared Ownership.
Phase 1 completed in February 2024 which includes 24 homes all for affordable rent. Construction of Phase 2 is currently underway including 108 new homes, a nursery and adult education facilities.
All the homes will be managed by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
