Overview
The site on the Barclay Close Estate is currently a disused area of land.
Experienced architects PRP have been appointed to deliver a highly sustainable development.
As the developer of this project, Hammersmith & Fulham Council will retain the ownership of the site and will manage all affordable homes, along with the maintenance of communal and external areas.
New homes
At least 50% of the new homes will be affordable (including social rented and shared ownership homes) and the buildings will be designed to the latest sustainability standards.
Current position
A Residents’ Steering Group formed of estate residents has been established and are working with the project team on the designs of the new homes.
Next steps
A public exhibition event will take place in July, details will be published here when available.
Local residents can drop-in to the event attend to see the initial designs and discuss the plans with the design team.
