What kind of support do you need?

Immediate support for adults

Call 999 if you or someone you know experiences a life-threatening medical or mental health emergency. Stay with the person and continue to talk to them if you can. In an emergency, you can also go to your local A&E department. Find your nearest A&E

If you or the person you are with can keep themselves safe for a short while but is still in need of urgent help:

H&F Safe Space

Safe Space is a local hub for anyone who feels they are nearing crisis point. You will be greeted by friendly staff who will always be there to listen to you and help you get the support you need.
