Marketing and promotional activities for profit making organisations

Hammersmith and Fulham has many outdoor areas that are suitable for promotional pop-ups.

We have hosted many in our parks and outdoor space for:

  • food and drink brands
  • pet food
  • tech companies
  • car companies
  • footwear
  • wellness brands.

Our areas have a high footfall of passers-by and park users.

Locations to consider:

  • Shepherds Bush Green
  • Lyric Square
  • Parsons Green
  • Eelbrook Common
  • Furnivall Gardens
  • Bishop's Park events circle
  • Jerdan Place
  • St Paul's Green
  • Ravenscourt Park.

The fee will depend on the size of the promotion and what is being set up or handed out to the public including:

  • marquees
  • sound equipment
  • stages.

Promotional activities fees

  • Small (half-day) - £889
  • Small (full-day) - £1,780
  • Large (half-day) - £1,780
  • Large (full-day) - £2,668
  • Roaming (per team of 5) - £400

Marketing and promotional activities for not-for-profit organisations

If you are a not-for-profit you may be entitled to a reduction in the above cost. For a further discussion about this, email us at events@lbhf.gov.uk

Charity collections

If you wish to collect money for a charity in any of our parks, open spaces or highways, you must be granted permission by the Mayor of Hammersmith & Fulham.

If you are organising a larger charity event, such as a walk, you will need to go through the event booking process.

Leafletting

To distribute free printed materials within Hammersmith & Fulham you must do so in one of the borough's 8 approved distribution zones and apply for a permit.

Promotions, charity collections and leafletting at a council community event

We host a series of free community events throughout the year and all over the borough including CommUNITY Day, Armed Forces Day, Heritage Day and more.
