Obtaining nomination papers
1. Nomination papers may be obtained in person from the Returning Officer from Electoral Services, Cobbs Hall, 226 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6LL.
The Returning Officer will, at anyone's request, give advice on the completion of a nomination paper.
Delivery of nomination papers
2. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer at Electoral Services, Cobbs Hall, 226 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6LL on any weekday during office hours from Wednesday 15 January 2025 but no later than 4pm, Friday 24 January.
Voter registration
3. Applications to be included in the Register of Electors for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer no later than midnight, Tuesday 4 February 2025.
Voter Authority Certificates and Anonymous Elector Documents
4. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate or an Anonymous Elector's Document valid for this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Wednesday 12 February 2025. Applications for a Voter Authority Certificate can be made online at GOV.UK.
Postal and proxy voting
5. Applications to vote by post, or to cancel or amend existing postal or proxy votes, or changes from postal to proxy voting must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Electoral Services, Cobbs Hall, 226 Fulham Palace Road, London SW6 6LL by 5pm, Wednesday 5 February 2025.
6. New applications to vote by proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm, Wednesday 12 February 2025.
7. Applications to vote by emergency proxy must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 5pm on Thursday 20 February 2025.
