Following the resignation of councillor Emma Apthorp, I have to give notice that a vacancy now exists in the office of borough councillor for the Hammersmith Broadway ward of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
In accordance with Section 89(1) of the Local Government Act 1972, an election to fill the vacancy will be held within 35 working days after notice in writing has been given to me by two electors for the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.
