Here's how to sign up for e-billing
New to My Account? Register now
- Click on Register for My Account
- Follow the instructions to register for My Account and to add council tax (for help with registering see How to register)
- Once you have done that, click on show details and click on e-Billing Sign-Up
Have an online My Account already?
If your council tax account is linked to it, you just need to log in to My Account and click on My services dashboard then Click on e-Billing Sign-Up
Once you've signed up for e-billing, we'll send you an email whenever there's a new council tax bill.
You'll be able to view, download and print it from your online My Account.

If you sign up before 15 April 2025 you'll be entered onto a prize draw with a chance to win a £100 high street voucher.

To be eligible for the prize draw,
- You must be liable to pay council tax to the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.
- Your council tax account must not be in arrears
- You must not be an employee of London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham
- Only one entry per household.
- There are three prizes of £100 vouchers each.
- The closing date for this prize draw will be 15 April 2025. Only those set up for e-billing at this time will be entered into the draw, and we reserve the right to amend the closing date at any time.
