Transfer to secondary school 2025

Information about how to apply for a secondary school place in Hammersmith & Fulham for your child.

There have been some intermittent problems with processing new applications for secondary admissions which we believe are now resolved. If you encounter problems making a new application please contact the School Admissions team on 020 8753 1085 between 9am and 1pm Monday to Friday or the eAdmissions help desk on 020 8255 5555, option 1 and option 1 again. We will be happy to help to resolve any problems.

If your child was born between 1 September 2013 and 31 August 2014, they should be transferring to secondary school in September 2025.

You can start applying for a school place from 1 September 2024 when the applications open. The application process closes on 31 October 2024 and the national offer day is 3 March 2025.

Apply for a school place

If your application is late, your child will not be considered for an offer on national offer day but will wait until the second round of offers at the end of March.
