The H&F Business Growth Hub is a mixed programme of in-person and zoom meetings with experts who will help you develop and grow your small business.

This free service is only available to residents and borough-based businesses.

Whether you are just thinking about starting a business, in the process of setting one up or have already started and want to grow, the programme is here to help.

Our monthly H&F Business Growth Hub provides:

  • masterclasses across a wide range of topics including, marketing, commercial premises and social media
  • the opportunity to meet and network with fellow local entrepreneurs
  • top tips, advice and guidance from experienced business owners.

Incubation and mentoring support for H&F social entrepreneurs

Are you a resident of Hammersmith & Fulham with a brilliant social business idea designed to positively impact public health and life sciences?

If so, we want to hear from you to help grow your idea or early-stage social business with personalised mentoring and incubation support starting March 2024.

We are looking for residents of Hammersmith & Fulham with a business idea that addresses:

  • public health issues such as mental health, healthy ageing, food and nutrition, wellbeing, opportunities for young or older adults
  • health or well-being or social care needs of diverse patient groups/community eg, diabetes, sickle cell
  • improving provision of healthcare within the community.

What we are looking for are business ideas that have the potential to change the lives of many people, starting within the local community.

The selected individuals will receive free incubation and mentoring support including:

  • access to the Startup School for Seniors programme
  • 12 hours mentoring from entrepreneurs and business experts Mark Elliott, Suzanne Noble and a range of business advisors and mentors
  • facilitated peer-to-peer learning groups
  • group workshops focussing on subjects such as securing funding, impact measurement and preparing to replicate and scale.

This is a unique opportunity to receive guidance and resources to help you start and grow your social business.

The incubation and mentoring support are provided for free as part of the Boosting Life Sciences Social Economy programme, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
