Sounds like Hammersmith & Fulham was a project funded by the Cultural Impact Award as part of the Mayor of London’s London Borough of Culture programme.

The project had two phases.
Phase one of the project, delivered in partnership with the Tri-borough Music Hub, ran from January to December 2022. This first year focused on 14–18-year-olds and had two big events. The Big Gig Take 1, an open-air music festival, and The Big Gig Take 2, a documentary look back on the programme’s first year.
Phase two of the project, created in partnership with HQI and focused on 18–25-year-olds, began in September 2022.
