If you are interested in working in the construction industry, there are 2 programmes available through the Construction Youth Trust. This is a charity helping young people in England and Wales to build better futures by giving them access to training, education and employment opportunities in the construction industry.
They offer 2 programmes:
- Budding Builders – Construction Youth Trust website – for young people aged 14 to 30 who aren’t in education, training or employment
- Budding Brunels – Construction Youth Trust website – for socially and economically disadvantaged students (including those with SEND) and works with a diverse demographic of young people to introduce them to professional career opportunities in construction
