Sign up for planning alerts in My Account for applications relating to a local area.
If you're not a My Account holder, you will need to register for a My Account, verify your account and complete the registration and user profile form.
Once you have completed this process you can find the planning and licensing alerts form under 'Other services' in My Account.
You can update your preferences at any time using the same form. To update the email that the planning alerts are sent to you must first update your My Account email, then complete the form again.

Public Access notifications
You can also use Public Access as well if you want to track planning applications and be notified of changes to the applications.
To do a simple search click on the search dropdown list, select licensing or planning and choose simple search. You can enter a keyword, reference number, postcode, or a line of an address.
To do an advanced search click on the search dropdown list, select licensing or planning and choose advanced. You can then enter your search criteria.
You can save your search and choose to be notified via email about any new results for your saved searches if you have registered for an account. You can also go back to your saved searches tab to re-run the same search at any time.
