Dog fouling
Dog fouling is anti-social and unhygenic and something we simply will not stand for on our streets. The Fouling of Land by Dogs Control Order (2007) made it an offence to fail to clean up after a dog and those responsible for this anti-social act can be fined £75. To correctly dispose of dog waste put it in a plastic bag and place it in any LBHF litter bin or any of our dog waste bins.
Or contact our hotline on 020 8753 1100 or email us StreetScene.Enforcement@lbhf.gov.uk
Dog fouling is removed as part of your scheduled street cleansing day. If reported to us, and your scheduled street cleansing day is not within 24 hours, we will arrange for a special removal of the fouling within this time.
