West Kensington and Gibbs Green

Planning for the future together

Hammersmith & Fulham Council and H&F Homes are thinking about future improvements to the area, which could include building new homes for people living on West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates.

The reason why we are considering this is because Earls Court exhibition centres are likely to be redeveloped after 2012.

The council is talking to the other landowners to see whether there are advantages to a wider plan which allows us to bring improvements to the wider area - including new homes, job opportunities, better transport links and new community facilities.

Early proposals are now being worked on but the council will only support something that is good for the area and good for local people.
