H & F Direct Centre
Replacing the cashiers office, the new H&F Direct Centre offers residents the opportunity to have their queries resolved and make payments for a number of council services
The centre is situated on the first floor of the Town Hall Extension
The H&F Direct centre is open for personal visits Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with late night opening on Thursdays until 8pm for parking permit queries and payments only.
The centre is open to telephone callers from 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday.

There is a lift and escalator access to the 1st Floor.
There is also an induction loop on the main counter for the hearing impaired. Language interpreters are available by appointment, this can be booked within the cashier department.
